Digital products are delivered electronically after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned, sales are generally final except where required by law or where a file is defective or cannot be delivered.

The handbook and templates are licensed, not sold outright. Purchasing does not transfer copyright or permit resale, public distribution, or use outside the selected license scope.

The materials are educational and operational guidance. They are not legal advice, do not replace review of the controlling solicitation or contract, and do not guarantee a CMMC status, assessment result, or contract award.
